We're seeking a detail-oriented Travel Coordinator with excellent organisational skills and a proactive mindset. You'll be responsible for managing travel arrangements for colleagues across the business--ensuring every trip is cost-effective, efficient, and aligned with our policies.

Key responsibilities of the role...
Travel Planning & Coordination:
Book flights, accommodation, and ground transport for employees attending offsite meetings, conferences, and customer visits.
Create clear travel itineraries and ensure all bookings comply with company travel preferences and policies.
Budget Management:
Source cost-effective travel solutions that meet business requirements.
Track all travel activity and maintain accurate records to support financial reporting and budgeting.
Liaise with suppliers to negotiate rates and manage vendor relationships.
Policy Compliance & Support:
Ensure all bookings follow company travel policies and educate employees on best practices.
Coordinate approvals for policy exceptions as needed.
Provide prompt support for last-minute changes, cancellations, and travel emergencies.
About you...
2+ years of experience in a travel coordination or administrative role.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Familiarity with booking platforms (e.g. Concur, Navan, TravelPerk) is a plus.
Knowledge of international travel requirements (e.g. visas, compliance) is desirable.
