Job Summary


Tyninghame Gardens Ltd is a historic garden with shared ownership. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Treasurer to oversee the financial & practical operations of our organisation.

Responsibilities



Manage all aspects of the organisation's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Oversee accounts payable and ensure timely processing of invoices. Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards. Attendance and minute-taking at quarterly management meetings + annual AGM Ordering garden supplies & arranging regular machine maintenance support Factor in running the gardens. Requirements

Proven experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of financial management principles.

Proficiency in accounting software. Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and best practices. Must live locally An interest in historic gardens
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 5,000.00 per year
