What to expect
As a Treasury Advisor - Ops, NCS & Systems Support you will join us on our journey and undertake a valuable role as a key member of the Treasury team. You will be responsible for contributing to the delivery of functional objectives, always modelling the Post Office behaviours, and demonstrating a Postmaster first mindset. Maintain integrity (Treasury Management System) including static data, upgrades/technical changes, interfaces with Integrity, and lead on any enhancement, requests/questions that the team may have. In addition, support/cover will be provided for the NCS (Note Circulation Scheme) process as well as all BAU operational responsibilities.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience within a similar role in a Treasury function with demonstrable TMS and ideally FIS Integrity knowledge.
  • Educated to a degree standard
  • TMS experience - preferably FIS Integrity
  • Proven experience in a similar Treasury Operations role
  • Experience with accounting software such as SAP and Blackline
  • Experienced within Treasury with high value cashflows
  • Proven experience collaborating with peers, colleagues, and stakeholders to contribute to the delivery of functional strategy to achieve business objectives.
  • Applied expertise across relevant tools, systems, and procedures, to achieve business results, whilst demonstrating drive towards continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrable experience of completing assignments to a high quality to achieve objectives and key results.
  • Able to retain high-level oversight while staying detailed focused.
  • Proactive, curious and capable of driving improvements
  • Strong relationship management skills with internal and external financial stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively and network across Post Office to build connections.
  • A true problem solver with the ability to make decisions and solve common problems whilst knowing when to escalate complex issues that may impact delivery.
  • Adopts a continuous improvement approach using data and insights to help inform decisions.
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to upholding the values and principles of Post Office
  • An ambassador for promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion and motivates others to do the same.
