About this role
As a Treasury Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Treasury function, helping to manage over 200 bank accounts across the group. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate banking records, administering account access and mandates, and ensuring smooth execution of supplier payments and intercompany transfers.
You'll also contribute to the preparation and analysis of short- and long-term cashflow forecasts, working closely with labels to gather inputs, reconcile actuals, and provide insightful commentary on variances and trends.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Treasury Manager and senior finance stakeholders, delivering high-quality reporting and analysis that supports strategic decision-making and financial planning.
Duties
Treasury and Cash Management
Support day to day management of 200+ bank accounts including:Assisting with approval requests for new bank accounts and financing arrangements Administer access and permissions, mandates, cards across the group ensuring all are kept up to date Manage supplier payments and intercompany transfers Prepare weekly funding requests collecting inputs from across labels with commentary, understanding weekly movements Maintain logs for factored invoicing Run daily / weekly cash balance reports Ensure postings to cashbook entries complete

Short term and long term Cashflow forecastingCollate and review monthly cash forecasts (45 day outlooks, Annual budgets and reforecasts, Long Range plans) Reconcile cash actuals to submission, highlight any variances Analyse forecasts by label, highlighting key movements vs previous forecasts Support Treasury Manager in preparation of materials to present findings to senior finance leadership

Knowledge & SkillsExcellent Excel skills Strong problem-solving abilities, with a curious approach to process improvements Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - able to work with all levels of staff across UK and Paris Finance teams as well as external banking and support partners Strong prioritisation and organisation skills with ability to manage conflicting deadlines
