35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Job Purpose:



Responsible for cashiering processes, alongside developing reporting to support cross functional working.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Carry out cashiering duties in line with Company process - cash allocations, remittance reconciliation, banking cheques, refund processing, daily cash posting reports Ensuring customer enquiries are responded to quickly and efficiently Act as support for month end reporting and produce reports when requested Ensure controls are implemented, documented and maintained Ad hoc input of internal and external manual payments and payment runs Raising of intercompany recharge invoices and producing month end statements Support audit requests Company credit card & corporate card support for internal queries



Essential Skills/Experience/Personal Qualities:


Banking or Cashiering experience (e.g. bank reconciliations) Good numerical and problem solving skills Knowledge of GDPR Ability to follow & develop process and policy SAP - essential IT: Microsoft Office skills mainly Excel formulae & Outlook organisation Six sigma (advantageous) Ability to communicate with customers and staff at all levels of the organisation A positive 'can do' attitude displaying behaviours in line with our company core values Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy Adaptable to change and drive for continuous improvement
