The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, an analytical mindset, and excellent Excel proficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and authorise treasury payment transactions
Accurately record all funding transactions in line with Money Laundering Regulations
Manage and reconcile bank and client statements
Monitor and analyse financial accounts to identify discrepancies or trends
Handle client financial queries with professionalism and efficiency
Assist with general accounts (Sage 50)
Perform ad hoc financial and administrative tasks as required
Personnel Specification
Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel
Confident working with numerical data
Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
Strong organisational and time-management abilities to meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
High level of integrity and honesty
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
