What you will do

Be the bridge between sales and clinical teams, ensuring smooth patient handovers. Confirm treatment appointments through calls, texts, and emails Maintain consistent contact so no patient slips through the cracks Deliver messages with warmth and clarity, making people feel cared for and confident Track and update all interactions accurately in our systems Help each patient feel guided, supported, and ready to take the next step
