Treatment Coordinator (TCO)

As a TCO, you'll be the bridge between clinical care and patient commitment - guiding individuals from initial interest to confident decision-making. You'll play a key role in presenting treatment plans, addressing concerns, and supporting patients every step of the way. Your communication skills, empathy, and ability to drive results will be central to both patient satisfaction and practice success.
Sales experience is a bonus, but not a requirement.
We'll train you in high-converting, ethical sales techniques, consultation skills, and persuasive communication that builds trust and leads to action.
What you'll be doing:
Partnering with clinicians to present treatment plans clearly and confidently.
Explaining procedures, timelines, and finance options in patient-friendly language.
Handling objections with empathy, clarity, and reassurance.
Following up with undecided patients via phone, WhatsApp, or email to support their decision-making process.
Collaborating closely with the front-of-house and clinical teams to ensure a seamless, high-touch patient experience.
Maintaining accurate records of treatment plans, communication, and financial documentation.
Who you are:
GDC-registered
, with a strong understanding of the dental care environment.
A confident communicator who builds trust and rapport quickly.
Highly organised and able to manage multiple treatment plans and follow-ups effectively.
Proactive, people-focused, and driven by results.
Sales or customer service experience is a plus - but full training will be provided.
