We're looking for a qualified, friendly, confident, and compassionate Treatment Coordinator & Dental Nurse to join our beautiful boutique dental practice in the beautiful village of Owslebury, just outside Winchester. Excellent communication skills are a must.

About the Role

We're seeking someone who will:

Assist clinicians with chairside duties, ensuring a smooth, professional patient experience. Build meaningful rapport with patients - helping them feel informed, comfortable, and confident. Support anxious patients with empathy and reassurance. Help maintain excellent infection control and uphold CQC and GDC standards. Contribute to a seamless patient journey through proactive administrative and clerical support. Be a team player, always thinking: "What more can I do to help my patients and my colleagues?"*

You'll also support with some reception and administrative duties, making you an essential part of our day-to-day success.
