What you will do
Own the patient journey from first enquiry to paid start
Run confident consultations that uncover real needs and motivations
Present treatment plans in clear everyday language
Handle objections with calm authority and move to a decision
Manage diaries, payments, and follow up with tidy accuracy
Hit daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets
Work closely with clinicians to keep every step seamless
What you bring
Three or more years in sales, bookings, or treatment coordination
Natural rapport, strong listening, and tidy written skills
Composure under pressure and pride in your numbers
A proactive mindset and a positive tone on every call and message
Curiosity about cosmetic and restorative dentistry
No GDC registration required

30,000 base plus commission
