We are currently looking for a

friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Treatment Coordinator (TCO)

to join our expanding team.

Overview

The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience by managing patient treatment plans, coordinating appointments, and working closely with the whole dental team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with Treatment Co-ordinator/Dental Nursing experience to develop their skills within a supportive and professional environment.

Responsibilities

The Treatment Coordinator will be responsible for liaising between patients and clinical staff, organising schedules, and maintaining accurate records to facilitate effective treatment delivery.

Act as the primary point of contact for patients regarding treatment plans and scheduling, in person, via telepone and email as appropriate Coordinate and manage appointments between patients and Dentists, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling Manage patient records with accuracy and confidentiality, updating information as required; organise and compose written treatent plans as directed by the Dentists. Explain to patients their treatment plans and costings, procedures, and post-treatment care instructions. Provide face to face (free of charge) consulations directly with patients Assist with billing processes and finance applications where applicable Liaise with clinical staff to ensure all patient needs are met promptly and effectively Maintain organised documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress Support the administrative team with general office duties as needed to ensure seamless operations Assist chairside if required

Experience

GDC registered Dental Nurse, preferably with previous TCO and/or Dental Implant Experience Familiarity with an impant clinic or similar dental setting is preferred. Advantageous to have familiarity with implant cases, ranging from simple cases to full arch experience Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in using dental software such as Dentally/Software of Excellence Competent in word processing, using Microsoft Office Suite or similar programmes Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently whilst maintaining attention to detail A

team player

with a professional, positive attitude and strong communication skills Compassionate approach towards patients with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service Previous TCO or implant experience is desirable but

not essential -- full training can be provided for the right candidate.*
