Treatment Coordinator - Smilewell Dental (Borehamwood)

Location: Borehamwood, Hertfordshire

Salary: 30,000-40,000 per year + bonuses & commission

Led by renowned implantologist Dr Adeel Ali, our modern, high-end clinic in Borehamwood delivers premium cosmetic and implant treatments in a warm and welcoming setting. We're now looking for a talented Treatment Coordinator to guide patients through their treatment journey -- from first contact to completed smile -- while helping drive clinic growth.

What You'll Do:

Be the patient's main point of contact from enquiry to aftercare Conduct in-person and virtual consultations Build rapport and trust while discussing treatment options Present and price bespoke treatment plans clearly and confidently Manage appointments, take payments, and arrange finance Convert warm leads and follow up with prospects Support marketing campaigns and generate patient reviews Ensure accurate patient records and GDPR compliance Work to targets and KPIs to drive clinic revenue

What We're Looking For:

Experience in dental treatment coordination is highly desirable, but not essential We also welcome candidates with a background in: Medical aesthetics sales Private healthcare sales High-value service-based sales roles Outstanding communication and people skills Confidence in presenting treatment and finance options Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Target-driven mindset with a patient-first approach

Schedule:
