Duties
Greet patients warmly upon arrival and assist with the check-in process.
Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
Maintain accurate patient records and manage documentation related to treatment plans.
Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment options, procedures, and follow-up care.
Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure all patient needs are met efficiently.
Handle patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Assist in managing billing processes and insurance claims as needed.
Maintain a tidy and organised office environment to enhance patient experience.
Requirements
Previous office experience is essential, preferably in a healthcare setting.
