We're looking for a people-focused, confident and organised Treatment Co-ordinator to join our award-winning private clinic in Bury - the home of smile makeovers, 5-star service and a truly modern approach to patient care.
This is not a typical dental role. As a TCO, you're the heartbeat of the patient journey - the first friendly face that new patients meet, the reassuring voice guiding them through their treatment options, and the key link between our clinicians and our patients. You'll be helping people make life-changing decisions about their confidence, appearance and wellbeing every single day.
Your mission? To make every patient feel understood, supported, and excited about achieving their perfect smile - while helping the clinic meet its growth goals through exceptional service, communication and follow-up.
This role requires you to be able to take control of your daily routine and go outside of your box to drive success. The business is currently successful, but has immense scope for growth, both financially and for yourself.
Duties
Manage the full new-patient journey -- from first enquiry and consultation booking to follow-up and conversion into treatment
Conduct free smile consultations -- build rapport, showcase the clinic, and guide patients through treatment possibilities
Present treatment plans and fees -- explain options clearly, handle objections, and arrange payment or finance where required
Follow up on outstanding treatments -- maintain contact with undecided patients to increase conversion rates
Track and report financial performance -- record daily and monthly diagnosed vs accepted treatment figures, and share conversion data in meetings
Support existing patients -- discuss new or ongoing treatment plans privately, ensuring understanding, comfort and commitment
Secure warm leads which have been nurtured - contact potential patients who have been on the fence for a few weeks
Act as the communication bridge between patients, dentists, and the wider team -- ensuring smooth coordination, 5-star service, and an exceptional patient experience
Experience
Previous office or administrative experience is highly desirable
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in financial tracking and book keeping software like Excel or Google Sheets
Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining a friendly and professional demeanour
Target driven and hungry for success
This role is essential in delivering outstanding patient care through efficient coordination and communication. We welcome applicants who are organised, proactive, and eager to contribute positively to our team.
Do you have experience having difficult conversations with people?
Do you have experience with upselling people or packaging deals?
