We're looking for a full-time Treatment Coordinator (TCO) to join our friendly and

forward-thinking team at Chancery Dental in Corby.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to grow their career in dental care.

The successful candidate will be fully sponsored to complete a year-long accredited

Treatment Coordinator course with a leading TCO training consultancy -- all fully paid

for by us.

What You'll Do:

Deliver an exceptional first impression to new patients through free consultations.

Guide patients through their journey, building trust, rapport and confidence in their
treatment choices.

Use visual aids, before-and-after photos, and verbal proof stories to present
treatment options.

Support the dentists by managing treatment plans, financial discussions, and
consents.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient notes and ensure patients are followed up.

Help patients overcome objections and provide exceptional support throughout their
treatment journey.

Manage your own diary and stay on time with appointments.

Celebrate patient milestones and gather testimonials to promote our practice.

Contribute to internal marketing and performance tracking.
What Were Looking For:

A great communicator with excellent people skills and empathy.

Someone who thrives in a team environment and wants to lead on delivering an
outstanding patient experience.

Experience in a dental or clinical setting is desirable, but full training will be provided.

A proactive attitude and genuine enthusiasm to learn and grow in the role.
