Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing patient treatment plans and ensuring a seamless experience from initial consultation through to treatment completion. This position requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both patients and healthcare professionals.

Duties

Coordinate patient treatment schedules and appointments, ensuring timely follow-ups and efficient use of resources. Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing their queries and providing information about treatment options. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Collaborate with dental or medical staff to develop tailored treatment plans that meet individual patient needs. Assist in the preparation of treatment proposals and financial estimates for patients. Monitor patient progress throughout their treatment journey, providing support and encouragement as needed. Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and improve service delivery.

Requirements

Previous office experience is essential, preferably in a healthcare setting. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues alike. Excellent organisational abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Proficient in using office software and managing electronic health records. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. A compassionate approach towards patient care, demonstrating empathy and understanding at all times.
