We are now looking for a
Treatment Coordinator
to join our team. This role works closely with the Senior Treatment Coordinator to organise and deliver seamless care packages for our clients. It involves building strong relationships, managing detailed schedules, and ensuring professional communication at all times.
This role would suit someone with experience in mental health, busy GP or dental practices, other medical settings, or graduates of Psychology programs.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage client appointments and schedules, including room bookings and changes at short notice.
Resolve scheduling conflicts or cancellations and arrange travel, flights, or accommodation when required.
Liaise with associates, clients, and contractors to ensure smooth delivery of services.
Maintain accurate communication and record-keeping for treatment plans and progress notes in line with CQC and GDPR standards.
Provide administrative support to the Senior Treatment Coordinator and Operations Manager, including treatment pathway coordination and consent documentation.
Prepare and send communications to contractors about new and existing assignment opportunities.
Act as the first point of contact for workforce scheduling enquiries.
Use initiative to solve scheduling challenges and ensure the workforce receives up-to-date client and logistical information.
Liaise with clients and third parties regarding treatment authorisations and related queries.
Participate in team meetings, training, and wider organisational activities.
Handle telephone enquiries professionally and helpfully.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database systems
Exceptional verbal and written communication; proven customer service excellence
Flexible and adaptable with a "can-do" attitude
Experience in an office or customer service environment
Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced setting
Experience in scheduling or rota management (desirable)
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise
Professional communication with clients, contractors, and colleagues
Enthusiastic team player with strong follow-up skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 26,000.00-30,000.00 per year
