The Role
We are looking for a
Treatment Coordinator
to support the delivery of personalised care packages, working closely with the Senior Treatment Coordinator and Operations team. The role focuses on scheduling, coordination, and clear communication with clinicians, clients, and partners.
This is a fast-paced role requiring strong organisation, flexibility, and attention to detail. Treatment schedules may change at short notice, and participation in an on-call rota forms part of the role.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate client appointments, treatment schedules, and clinician availability
Create and maintain clear, accurate treatment schedules
Manage room bookings, changes, and cancellations
Arrange logistics where required, including travel and accommodation
Act as a point of contact for clinicians, clients, and contractors
Maintain accurate records in line with CQC and GDPR requirements
Provide administrative support to the Senior Treatment Coordinator and Operations Manager
Support workforce scheduling and rota enquiries
Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally
Contribute to team meetings and service improvement

About You
This role would suit someone with experience in mental health, healthcare, or a busy clinical or professional environment. We also welcome applications from candidates with strong coordination or scheduling experience in other settings.
Essential Skills
Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office and databases)

Professional and confident communicator
Desirable
Scheduling or rota management experience
Experience in healthcare, mental health, GP, dental, or similar settings
