Treatment Coordinator (TCO)

to guide patients through their transformative journeys and be the vital link between clinical care and exceptional service.

What You'll Be Doing



Acting as the main point of contact for patients undergoing full arch implant treatment. Building rapport and trust, guiding patients through their treatment plans with clarity, warmth, and confidence. Supporting the patient journey from consultation to aftercare - enhancing both patient experience and treatment acceptance. Working closely with clinicians and the wider team to ensure seamless coordination and communication. Managing schedules, documentation, and follow-ups to keep the patient journey smooth and stress-free. Supporting sales and conversion through empathy-led conversations, patient education, and trust-building.

What We're Looking For



A strong background in dentistry

- preferably from a nursing background, experience in implants or full arch systems is a big plus.

Natural empathy and exceptional communication

- you genuinely care, and patients feel it.

Sales through service

- you're skilled at supporting decisions with clarity, not pressure.

Organised and detail-oriented

- you can juggle multiple priorities while keeping everything on track.
