Job Description

We are looking for an exceptional individual who is committed to ethical selling in our state of the art Invisalign practice in the heart of Glasgow city centre.



As our Treatment Co-ordinator you will be confident to balance ethical sales with premium patient care and you will be comfortable to work with sales targets in a fast paced environment.

You will be based in our fully-private aesthetic clinic right in the heart of the vibrant City Centre of Glasgow. You will be part of our growing enterprise to bring a new concept to dentistry.

Smmmile is led by one of the UK's leading Invisalign providers and we operate as a Diamond II Invisalign provider and we lead the way in evolving with the very latest AI innovation.

All of our stores are equipped with latest intra-oral scanners and digital x-rays. We also actively promote general dentistry through affordable monthly plans. We set a new benchmark for dentistry so this is an excellent opportunity to take your career to a new dimension.

We will also guide you fully so that you understand our mission and great culture so you will have a clear understanding of how we work so you feel fully confident to do your job. Not only that, you will also be working in our 'unique boutique setting' state of the art surroundings with the very latest artificial intelligence to enhance the patient journey.

Our ideal candidate will be a GDC registered dental nurse and hold a radiology qualification, however, we do welcome candidates from sales background in a similar setting.

Your key responsibilities will include:



Welcome the patient to the store

Build relationships with patients quickly and confidently

' Sell Invisalign

Maintain patient trust throughout their journey

Confidently and ethically sell dental treatment in a private cosmetic setting

. Carry out Itero scan

. Assess the patient for suitability to move to the next stage with our Invisalign dentists

. Hand over the patient to the dentist providing with a background of the patient's needs

Provide relevant information on dental treatment plans

. Gain treatment consent under the supervision of the dentist

. Discuss any post Invisalign treatment such as tooth whitening and composite bonding

. Take deposits / payments for treatment

. Carry out credit applications

Follow up on consultations

Liaise with clinicians on a daily basis

Work harmoniously within the team

Spot opportunities that will lead to successful sales

Monitor and record all enquiries

Provide daily reports for submission to the group manager

Follow the patient journey from the start and be there for the patient until the end of treatment

Support all internal and marketing activities

. Attend local marketing activities for example wedding fairs, schools, etc

Attend regular meetings

The successful candidate will:



. Live and Breathe our values
Have at least 2 years sales experience (Essential)
Hold a GDC registration (Desirable)

. Hold a dental radiography qualification (or be willing to advance to this)
. Thrive on achieving targets
The ability to work in a fast-paced demanding dental retail environment
Have an enthusiastic flexible attitude
Passionate about patient care and customer experience

. Be a team player
Experience in driving marketing activities to drive growth

Hours 37.5 flexible working across Monday to Friday
