Summary of Job Role:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

Serving as the first point of contact for new patient inquiries.
Meeting with patients face-to-face to discuss treatment and finance options.
Supporting patients throughout their entire treatment journey. Maintaining effective communication with all key business relationships.

Managing all leads generated through our CRM system.
Actively participating in business development growth strategies.
Assisting the practice manager with duties as required.
Essential Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-end sales and customer-focused industry. A strong motivation for hitting key targets.

A proven sales track record in developing new business.
Exceptional organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail.
A strong drive to succeed.
A completed high school certificate or equivalent.
A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
A competent level of IT proficiency.
A clear DBS check.
