Role Overview

As a

Treatment Coordinator

, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing patients considering cosmetic, restorative, or general dental treatments. You will guide patients through their journey, from initial consultation to treatment planning and financial coordination, ensuring a seamless, supportive, and high-end experience.

This is a sales-focused role with excellent earning potential for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct consultations (in person and virtually) with new and existing patients. Discuss treatment options, build treatment plans, and explain associated costs. Convert consultations into booked treatments, meeting monthly sales targets. Liaise between patients and clinicians to ensure smooth scheduling and communication. Maintain accurate patient records and follow-up communications. Deliver a 5-star patient experience throughout every stage of the patient journey. Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to maximise patient conversion.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a sales, customer-facing, or patient coordinator role (experience in dental or healthcare is highly desirable). Confident, engaging communicator with a warm and professional manner. Target-driven with a track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Passion for providing excellent customer care and helping people feel their best.
