Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and organised Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care and support throughout their treatment journey. This position involves managing patient interactions, coordinating appointments, and facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers. The Treatment Coordinator will be instrumental in creating a welcoming environment for patients while ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently.

Duties



Greet patients warmly upon arrival and provide them with necessary information regarding their treatment plans. Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring optimal use of the clinic's resources. Maintain accurate patient records and manage documentation related to treatment protocols. Liaise between patients and healthcare professionals to facilitate clear communication regarding treatment options and progress. Assist in the preparation of treatment plans, ensuring all necessary materials are available for consultations. Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, providing support throughout their treatment process. Collaborate with the office team to ensure smooth daily operations, including managing office supplies and equipment. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills relevant to the role.

Requirements



Previous experience in an office environment is preferred, demonstrating strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Proficiency in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) is advantageous. A compassionate attitude towards patients, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 13.00-14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 48 per week
