We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The Treatment Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care and support throughout their treatment journey. Responsibilities
Manage patient appointments and ensure efficient scheduling of treatments.
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information regarding treatment plans.
Collaborate with dental professionals to develop tailored treatment plans that meet patient needs.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
Assist in the preparation of treatment proposals and financial estimates for patients.
Follow up with patients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Support the office team in administrative tasks as needed, contributing to a smooth workflow within the practice.
Qualifications
Previous experience in an office environment is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with patients and staff.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
Proficiency in using office software and patient management systems is advantageous.
