Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Treatment Coordinator. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice and providing exceptional customer service to our patients. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Duties:

The TCO role can vary massively across dentistry, with us you will be working to the full remit of the role and we want you to make it your own.

Requirements:

- A dental background is essential.

- Sales experience is essential.

- Previous experience as a treatment coordinator is required.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is essential.
