Treatment Coordinator (TCO)
to join our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a premium clinical environment and enjoys delivering exceptional patient care while supporting the wider team through high-quality administrative work.
About the Role
As our Treatment Coordinator, you will be the key point of contact for new patients. You will also support the clinic with important administrative duties, ensuring smooth daily operations.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, highly organised, commercially aware, and passionate about patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main liaison for new patient enquiries across phone, email, WhatsApp, and online platforms
Conduct consultations (in-person and virtual) to explain treatment options, pricing, and processes
Support clinicians by preparing treatment plans and ensuring patients understand their options
Follow up with leads to maximise conversions and maintain a high standard of patient communication
Ensure patients receive a seamless and premium experience throughout their journey
Administrative & Operational Support
Manage appointment scheduling and online booking enquiries
Assist with day-to-day admin tasks including handling correspondence, preparing documents, and maintaining patient records
Support front-of-house duties when needed, ensuring the clinic runs smoothly
Assist with reporting, marketing coordination, and patient database management
Work collaboratively with clinicians and the management team to support operational efficiency
Performance & Growth
Track leads, conversions, and patient follow-up activity
Meet and exceed monthly conversion targets
Earn commission based on successful treatment acceptance
What We're Looking For
Experience as a Treatment Coordinator, Patient Care Advisor, or high-end customer service role (medical, dental, aesthetics, luxury retail)
A polished, professional manner with excellent communication skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable discussing treatment plans and fees with patients
Tech-savvy with experience using practice management systems (Dentally or similar is a bonus)
A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team

25,000 base salary per annum
