Your future, as a Treatment Coordinator at mydentist

You'll be joining us at our Louth dental practice on Queen Street, LN11 9BJ.


As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be creating and converting opportunities, supporting customers to understand the private options available and facilitating their patient journey. This role also requires use of the scanning equipment, so you will need to be a GDC registered Dental Nurse.


The working pattern for this role is full time, Monday to Friday 8:45am until 5:30pm.

What you'll be doing

Attracting and managing enquiries via digital marketing, social media, and events Monitor and report on marketing performance Support patients through their treatment journey Promote private dental options and convert enquiries into sales Work closely with dentists to grow their private patient numbers Working towards targets and KPI's to achieve commercial results

About you

Able to initiate conversation with prospective customers Ability to generate and convert sales opportunities Confidence using all social platforms Great at building relationships Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable using computer systems (training provided) Possesses initiative and can prioritise their own workload Demonstrates a passion for delivering excellent commercial results
