Job Title: Invisalign Treatment Coordinator (TCO)

Dual locations located in our Melksham and Bristol Practices

Practice Manager/ Principal Dentist

Role Overview



The Invisalign Treatment Coordinator (TCO) is responsible for supporting patients through their Invisalign journey, from initial enquiry and consultation to treatment acceptance and ongoing coordination. The role focuses on patient education, treatment planning support, and administrative coordination, while working within GDC Scope of Practice and CQC standards.

Key Responsibilities



Patient Communication & Support



Act as the main point of contact for patients enquiring about Invisalign Provide clear information about Invisalign treatment, processes, timelines, and aftercare expectations Support patients in understanding treatment plans Answer patient queries in line with practice protocols and escalate clinical questions appropriately

Treatment Coordination & Case Presentation



Provide chairside assistance during clinical sessions as required Present treatment plans and fees as prescribed by the clinician Discuss payment options, finance plans, and insurance where applicable Support patients in making informed decisions

Administrative & Invisalign Case Management



Coordinate Invisalign records including iTero scans, photographs, and X-rays Upload and manage cases via the Invisalign Doctor Site Track aligner deliveries, refinements, and patient progress Liaise with Invisalign support services when required Schedule Invisalign-related appointments and follow-ups

Compliance & Governance



Work within GDC Scope of Practice and practice policies at all times Ensure compliance with CQC standards, GDPR, and Data Protection Maintain accurate and confidential patient records Follow consent procedures and ensure documentation is complete

Practice Growth & Patient Experience



Support practice marketing initiatives related to Invisalign (open days, promotions, social media support) Maintain a high standard of patient care and satisfaction Collect patient feedback and support continuous service improvement

Working hours



Full time including on late evening on occasions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 28,392.00-32,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
