Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and organised Treatment Coordinator/PA to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing patient treatment plans, coordinating appointments, and ensuring seamless communication between patients and medical staff, duties will also include Audits and various tasks for management. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and office experience to contribute to high-quality patient care in a professional environment.

Duties



Manage patient treatment schedules, ensuring timely appointments and follow-ups Act as the primary point of contact for patients regarding their treatment plans and queries Coordinate with medical practitioners and support staff to facilitate smooth workflow Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with data protection regulations Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient concerns courteously and efficiently Support the team in preparing treatment materials and documentation as required Audits as and when required by request Various duties requested by management GDC Registered (preference)

Skills



Proven office experience, demonstrating strong organisational and administrative abilities Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent programmes Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping Compassionate approach with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
