About the Role

Harley Street Dental Studio is seeking a

commercially driven Treatment Coordinator

to take full ownership of our

Invisalign and orthodontic performance

.

This is

not a general TCO role

.

This role exists for one reason:

Drive Invisalign case starts.



You will be the

Invisalign owner

within the practice -- accountable for consultations, follow-up, conversion and performance.

Key Performance Target

Minimum 25 Invisalign cases per calendar month


Your Core Responsibilities

Own the Invisalign patient journey from consultation to case acceptance Convert Invisalign consultations into starts with confidence, clarity and empathy Deliver fast, consistent follow-up on all Invisalign leads (speed-to-lead mindset) Lead high-quality case acceptance conversations, including finance options Work closely with orthodontic clinicians to maximise conversion and patient confidence Track performance, objections and outcomes; feed insights back to leadership Maintain a premium patient experience while driving strong commercial results Be accountable for numbers, not just activity
This Role Is For You If You:

Are confident, persuasive and commercially minded Thrive on targets and accountability Are comfortable owning outcomes, not just supporting them Can build trust quickly and guide patients to confident decisions Want to specialise in Invisalign and orthodontics rather than being a generalist
Experience Required

Previous experience as a TCO, sales consultant or patient coordinator (dentistry preferred) Proven ability to convert high-value treatments (Invisalign experience highly desirable) Strong communication and objection-handling skills Comfortable discussing fees, finance and treatment value

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,000.00-38,000.00 per year
