Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

with proven sales excellence to spearhead our private patient growth and elevate treatment uptake across our comprehensive orthodontic services.

WHAT YOU WILL DRIVE

Lead Private Treatment Conversions

Conduct compelling treatment consultations with adult patients and parents of young patients Present comprehensive treatment plans including Invisalign, traditional braces, and cosmetic orthodontic options Convert consultations into confirmed treatment starts through expert relationship-building and persuasion

Maximise Revenue Through Strategic Upselling

Identify and promote complementary services including oral hygiene treatments and additional orthodontic options Build treatment packages that enhance patient outcomes while driving practice revenue Achieve and exceed monthly private treatment uptake and revenue targets

Own the Private Patient Journey

Ensure exceptional patient satisfaction from initial consultation through treatment completion Manage CRM data, track conversion metrics, and provide regular performance insights to the Practice Manager Collaborate seamlessly with clinical teams to deliver a premium patient experience

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Essential Requirements:

Proven orthodontic Treatment Coordinator experience with demonstrable success in private treatment conversions Strong commercial track record - comfortable with consultative selling, objection handling, and closing techniques Exceptional communication skills - articulate, persuasive, and naturally relationship-focused Proactive personality with genuine appetite for driving business growth and exceeding targets CRM proficiency and comfort with performance tracking and reporting

WHAT WE OFFER

Competitive Compensation Package:
