What You'll Be Doing

As our Senior Treatment Coordinator, you will:

Lead consultations with clarity, confidence and warmth Build strong relationships from the very first enquiry Guide patients through treatment options and finance Support clinicians with treatment plan coordination Oversee follow-ups, treatment planning conversations and next steps Play a key role in shaping the patient journey at Stourbridge Help maintain high standards across the team through positivity and example Contribute ideas to improve patient experience and clinic flow
You'll be the anchor for patients and the person they rely on most throughout their journey.
