Are you an experienced Dental Nurse with a passion for patient communication and treatment planning? Looking for a role where your implant knowledge and people skills can really shine? We've got just the opportunity.

Sturminster Dental Care in Sturminster Newton, Dorset is looking for a full-time Dental Treatment Coordinator (TCO) to join our warm and welcoming team. Based in a beautifully converted creamery and now a modern, 4-surgery practice, we specialise in Implants, Orthodontics, Endodontics, and Cosmetic Dentistry.

What's the Role?

As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our clinicians and patients to coordinate implant and orthodontic treatment plans. You'll spend at least 2-3 days a week in a dedicated TCO capacity, using your implant knowledge and strong communication skills to guide patients through their treatment journey. The other days will be spent flexing across surgeries, occasional reception, and decontamination support.


You'll have a dedicated desk space in a shared office and access to a private consultation room for patient discussions.

Full-time role | Monday-Friday | 8:30am - 5:30pm One day off every 4th week (typically a Monday) Ave 38 hours per week Implant TCO focus (approx. 70%) and ClearCorrect/Ortho (approx. 30%) Implant nursing support on Mondays when required Must have previous implant nursing experience Opportunity to develop into the TCO role if you're not already in it, but implant experience is essential

Who We're Looking For:

A qualified, GDC-registered Dental Nurse Solid implant nursing experience, this is a must Confident with treatment coordination or ready to step into the role Personable, organised, and a clear communicator Flexible and willing to support across all areas of the practice when needed
