Billericay Dental Care is on the hunt for a highly efficient, detail orientated and self-driven individual who has a passion for dentistry to join our team as a

'Treatment Plan Coordinator'.

What is the job?

This fantastic opportunity requires a GDC registered candidate, ideally with a background in teeth straightening/ Invisalign/ fixed braces/ composite bonding/ veneers.

Their responsibilities will involve:

Scanning patients' teeth & taking case photos

Management of dental monitoring programme and business email account

Being the direct point of contact for patient enquiries and bookings, ensuring a smooth and professional patient journey

Overseeing patient consultations and creating in depth treatment plans

Articulating treatment plans in detail to patient to support them in making an informed decision on what treatment is best for them to achieve the results they desire.

Utilising our existing patient data base to generate interest in the highly skilled work our clinicians do, as well as being a point of contact for new patient leads, signing them up, selling services and talking them through our valuable membership plans.

Arranging patient finance

Actively help create marketing material, such as videos/ pictures for our social media accounts on Instagram and TikTok with our patients and staff members.

This individual will work closely with our existing TCO to manage our patient base, as well as work directly with clinicians. The candidate will need to display excellent communication skills and extensive dental knowledge, as well as having a bubbly and friendly personality that can build outstanding patient repour, embedding trust and support at the heart of all business and patient relations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 26,000.00-35,000.00 per year
