We are looking for a Trim & Fit supervisor to ensure the department is running efficiently whilst meeting tight deadlines and manufacturing high quality components.


This role would be ideal for an experienced Trim & Fitter looking for progression into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Role Responsibilities:

Populate the Trim & Fit schedule in partnership with the Production team. Ensuring Trim & Fit and demould staff are working on the appropriate components to meet the delivery plan. Drive & maintain company procedures. Ensure staff are working to the correct SPS. Upskill team and support with training initiatives led by the Training & Development manager. Ensure all team members are adhering to the relevant H&S requirements. Manage the team on lateness, sickness absence and performance with support from HR.

Experienced Composite Trim & Fitter, with proficient and demonstrable skills for manufacturing to an exceptionally high-quality standard. Authoritive Leader, able to lead and mentor their team. Experience of Quality Improvement techniques, application and continuous improvement mentality. Good Problem solver. Target driven and able to identify bottlenecks in process flow. Self-driven and have the ability to work well within a team. Ability to encourage and motivate team members. * Organised and able to work to tight deadlines.
