Job Description

We are looking to hire Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) Specialist Nurse - Remote or Hybrid to provide TRT patients with expert guidance, support, and education throughout their treatment journey. You will have oversight over the patient's eligibility for treatment, providing quality care and will report to the Lead TRT Clinician.


This is an ideal role for someone who wants to challenge themselves in a fast-paced environment and manage current and prospective TRT patients in order to improve patient experience and outcomes. If you like problem-solving and providing world class clinical care, this role is for you!



What you'll be doing



Conduct patient consultations mostly via phone calls, video consultations and messages, expanding to live chat when TRT expands to address patient concerns and clinical support.
Host and deliver educational webinars on various health topics related to our treatment areas (TRT).
Conduct video Injection Tutorial Consultations with patients newly initiated on TRT to guide them through safe administration of their treatment plans to ensure patient feel confident and comfortable with injectable TRT.
Review and analyse pathology test outcomes, escalating where necessary to the Lead Clinician to TRT Doctors
Use our secure Electronic Health Records System (EHR) to document all patient interactions comprehensively and confidentially.
Provide evidence-based information and guidance to patients across multiple treatment categories, focus on TRT but cross-category training will be provided.
Follow clinical protocols set by MANUAL's Medical team when providing advice
Identify when patients need to be escalated to prescribers or TRT Doctor specialists.
Support patients with side effect management and lifestyle modification advice
Maintain complete, concise, and comprehensive patient records
Provide feedback on communication processes and suggest improvements
Engage in regular team meetings and training sessions
Complete Patient Safety Incident (PSI) forms when appropriate

What we need from you



Healthcare qualification (nursing)
Minimum 1 year of healthcare communication experience
Experience with telemedicine or digital healthcare delivery is desirable
Knowledge of men's health conditions
Experience with patient education and counseling
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Empathetic approach to patient concerns
IT literacy and ability to use multiple digital communication platforms
Ability to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team
