Job Description
We are currently seeking an
Experienced Truss / Floor Operative
to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and skilled individual with proven experience in truss floor or roof truss manufacturing.Key Responsibilities
Operate truss assembly equipment and machinery safely Read and interpret technical drawings accurately Assemble, press, and finish trusses to required standards Maintain a clean and safe working environment Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines Follow all health & safety procedures at all times
Requirements
Proven experience in truss floor or roof truss manufacturing Ability to read and understand engineering drawings Experience using truss presses and associated machinery Good attention to detail and quality workmanship Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team Manual handling experience and good physical fitness Health & Safety awareness
Desirable (but not essential)
Forklift licence
