As a Factory Floor Operative, you will support the day-to-day processing, packing and preparation of seafood products within our modern production facility. You will ensure that all work is carried out safely, efficiently and to the highest hygiene and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Handling, preparing and packing fresh and frozen seafood products
Operating basic production equipment (training provided)
Picking and assembling customer orders accurately
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within the production area
Following all food safety, HACCP and health & safety procedures
Assisting with unloading deliveries and general warehouse duties
Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
Requirements
Reliability, good timekeeping, and a strong work ethic
Ability to work in a chilled environment
Good attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team
Previous experience in food production or warehouse work is beneficial but
not essential
- full training will be provided
Must be able to work early mornings and occasional weekends if required
