Location: Wendover, Buckinghamshire
Contract: Full-time hours, Term Time plus 2 weeks, Permanent
Salary:
40,835 - 45,072 FTE (pro rata salary 36,201.80 - 39,958.06)
depending on experience
About the Role
As Trust Data Manager, you will:
Lead and continuously improve Trust-wide data systems and compliance.
Ensure GDPR adherence and robust data governance across all sites.
Integrate MIS, safeguarding, HR, and finance systems to streamline operations.
Develop dashboards and reporting tools that support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with the Data Protection Officer, IT, and school teams to embed a culture of data ethics and excellence.
This is a senior operational role requiring exceptional analytical ability, technical expertise, and the ability to influence best practice across diverse professional teams.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with:
A degree in Data Science, IT, or a related field.
Proven experience managing data systems in a multi-site organisation or MAT.
Expert knowledge of UK GDPR and data protection legislation.
Strong technical skills in data analysis, system integration, and reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in the education sector, particularly in SEND or alternative provision, is desirable but not essential.
