Join our dynamic team as a Trust Data Manager. You'll lead the strategic use of data across the Trust, ensuring effective analysis to support evaluation and improvement. Your work will directly impact pupil achievement, behaviour, and attendance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage data systems for efficient analysis and user-friendly reporting.
Train staff and Trustees on data interpretation and report understanding.
Oversee the Trust's MIS, including pupil information, behaviour tracking, and timetabling.
Ensure external data is available and effectively disseminated.
Collaborate with leadership teams to use data for enhancing student achievement.
Provide online access to real-time data for staff, students, and parents.
Ensure GDPR compliance and stay updated with data management best practices.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Strong knowledge of data requirements in schools and MIS systems.
Proficiency in ICT applications, including Excel and Office 365 and Power BI
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Creative problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking.
Experience in data systems within an educational environment.
Qualifications:
GCSE Mathematics and English at grade 4 / C or above.
A' levels or degree (desirable).
Personal Qualities:
Integrity, confidence, and self-motivation.
Team player with a flexible approach.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Special Requirements:
Willingness to travel and attend out-of-hours events.
Satisfactory Enhanced DBS clearance.
Full UK driving license and access to a car.
