The Alpha Academies Trust (AAT) is looking to recruit an HR Administrator to support the needs of its ongoing growth and development.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills along with experience within administration. They will be highly organised, with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. They will be able to prioritise workloads and will have excellent communication skills. The role is extremely varied to include, for example, providing administrative support in areas such as staff absence, policy co-ordination and the organisation of interviews. Playing a crucial role within the team to ensure all employee records, HR databases and contracts are up to date ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. This pivotal role will support all wider functions of the HR department. They will need to be flexible to working hours during busy periods.
They will have the ability to build positive relationships with all academies in the Trust and be prepared to work at all sites on occasions. It is desirable but not essential that the ideal candidate has a knowledge and understanding of HR practices, experience in minute taking and compiling reports along with strong organisation skills and ability to manage a high-volume workload. The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism understand the importance of always maintaining confidentiality
The ability to converse at ease with members of the public, including staff and students in accurate spoken English is essential for the post, therefore postholders must be able to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence through the medium of English.
