Job Details
Line Manager: Chief Finance & Operations Officer (CFOO)

Key Responsibilities:
Drive alignment between HR strategy and business goals
Lead the HR Team in the delivery of the strategy across the Trust
Manage complex employee relations casework
Support the efficient and effective recruitment of staff across the Trust
Produce management reports and undertake statistical analysis, reporting HR metrics What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in HR
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
efficiently. Ability to work well under pressure and manage sensitive information with discretion.
A collaborative team player with leadership qualities and a keen eye for detail.
