Vantage CE Academies Trust is seeking to appoint a Trustee to contribute to the strategic leadership of the Trust as it enters an exciting new phase of development. As a dynamic and expanding organisation, Vantage currently employs over 500 staff and provides education to more than 3,700 pupils across 10 schools.
We are a North West based Trust, founded in 2012, which recognises and supports the individual ethos of non-faith schools and is currently made up of six Church of England schools and four community schools.

The Trust is currently in an exciting period, and we are looking for a new Trustee who:
wants to make a difference
can offer a strategic outlook
has the ability to analyse complex information;
will offer challenge and support to the CEO, Executive Team and the Board via a bold, courageous and resilient mindset
brings specialist skills with relevant Qualifications i.e. Community stakeholder engagement/IT/Risk Audit and Assurance, Legal and Compliance/Finance, HR background or another specialist domain
Attend Board Meetings 4 times a year (face to face) and Committee Meetings.
