What About Now? is a mental health charity committed to supporting individuals and families navigating life after a psychiatric hospital stay. Through powerful storytelling, awareness campaigns, and practical post-discharge support--including our helpline service--we aim to break stigma, foster hope, and ensure no one feels alone during the vulnerable transition back into the community.
We also run a blog and are launching a podcast--What About Now? - Holding on and moving forward--to share lived experiences and explore themes of healing, resilience, and advocacy.
