Join Apex Scotland as a Trustee

Apex Scotland is a leading organisation in the Scottish justice and wider charity sector dedicated to reducing reoffending, promoting social inclusion, and supporting people to build bright futures. We work with individuals facing significant barriers to employment and community integration, helping them to make positive choices and achieve lasting change.



We've been going through a period of exciting change and with the arrival of our new CEO, Lindsay Fyffe-Jardine, we are now seeking new Trustees to join our Board and help guide Apex Scotland through the next stage of our development.



As a Trustee, you will play a vital role in shaping our strategic direction, ensuring good governance, and supporting our mission to create safer communities across Scotland.


We are particularly keen to hear from people with skills and experience in:



Finance and Fundraising Criminal justice, social care, or community services Marketing, Policy and Advocacy Commercial/Private sectors Lived experience of the issues Apex Scotland addresses


Previous Board experience is not essential as training and support will be offered - what matters most is your commitment to our values, your willingness to contribute your expertise, and your passion for making a real difference.
