About Us:

From custom t-shirts to personalised gifts, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products with exceptional customer service. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented T-Shirt Printing / Production Operative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Front of house - serve customers and accept orders in efficient and expedient way. Operate t-shirt printing equipment, including digital printing machines. Prepare and set up printing materials and equipment for each job. Ensure the accuracy and quality of printed designs, making adjustments as necessary. Monitor the printing process to ensure consistency and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in t-shirt printing or customer facing roles is preferred. Basic knowledge of relevant computer software (vector and raster graphic programmes), further training will be provided Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills, confidence and the ability to work well in a team. Basic knowledge of printing techniques and equipment maintenance.
