We are hiring a

Tuition Centre Manager

for our

Slough headquarters

, and

multiple managers

for new franchise sites in the local area.

Key Responsibilities

Manage

day-to-day operations

of the tuition centre Lead and support a

team of tutors and staff

Engage with

parents and guardians

regarding student progress Oversee

student enrolments, assessments, and scheduling

Ensure

safeguarding, compliance, and high academic standards

Monitor

student performance

and generate regular progress reports Support

local marketing and community outreach

efforts For franchise roles:

help build and represent the centre's local brand

Requirements

Minimum

2 years of experience

in education, tuition, or academic management Strong

leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Confident engaging with parents and managing a small team

Flexible availability

, including some evenings/weekends Experience in

business or franchising

is a plus (for franchise positions)
