Requirements

Slough Tuition Centre maintains a high standard in recruiting staff and volunteers.

All Slough Tuition Centre employees and volunteers are subject to an

Enhanced DBS check

before they can begin working at our centre or within partner schools. All current and prospective staff must meet our minimum requirements for academic achievement, experience, and skill set. Educated to

degree level

or studying towards a degree. Qualified Teacher or experienced 1:1 / small group tutor. Evidence of strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills. Experience of working with children and young people. All staff at STC are required to complete

in-house and online safeguarding training

before starting work.

Training

We provide

in-house and external CPD training

where appropriate for all staff. In addition, all new Centre Managers, recently qualified teachers, and graduates are supported by experienced staff to provide guidance in leadership, teaching and learning and the Slough Tuition Centre ethos.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Freelance, Zero hours contract

Pay: 15.00-50.00 per hour
