Allie Home is a luxury real estate agency based in Canary Wharf, London. We are expanding our dedicated team and seeking a driven, professional and client-focused Turkish-Speaking Real Estate Agent to join us.

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone passionate about luxury property, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels at building strong relationships with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage Turkish buyers seeking property services in London. Generate new business through networking, referrals, and marketing. Build and maintain strong relationships with Turkish-speaking clients, providing expert advice on UK property investments, sales, and lettings. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey. Prepare, translate, and adapt marketing materials, listings, and client communications for the Turkish market. Offer cultural and market insights to enhance the company's engagement with Turkish-speaking clients. Stay up to date with UK property market trends, regulations, and investment opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications

Fluency in Turkish and English (spoken and written). Proven experience in client relations, business development and sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong attention to detail and a professional, presentable demeanour. Confidence, determination, and a charismatic approach to building rapport. Knowledge of the London property market and experience with international clients (preferred). Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
