Position Overview

A new and exciting luxury lodge resort set in the grounds of Chester Zoo is opening August 2025 and we are on the lookout for an attentive and detail-driven Turn Down Attendant to help deliver an outstanding evening experience for our guests.


The Reserve is an exciting development of 51 savannah inspired luxury lodges, overlooking a beautiful lake or our giraffe habitat and connecting directly to the stunning Heart of Africa zone of Chester Zoo. From immersive experiences to quiet relaxation, The Reserve is a place to make lasting memories.

Responsibilities:

Provide evening turndown service in guest lodges, preparing rooms for a restful night Replenish amenities, adjust lighting, and ensure a calm and welcoming environment Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest privacy Assist with any evening housekeeping requests or guest needs Report maintenance issues or feedback to the relevant teams Communicate effectively with the team at Chester Zoo

What We're Looking For:

Impeccable attention to detail and pride in presentation A warm, respectful, and discreet approach to guest service The ability to work evening shifts Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential A calm and professional demeanour
